Weekends are a great time to clear space – literally and figuratively – and make room for new inspirations and insights to emerge. To spark your own weekend exploration, here’s what we’ve enjoyed this week:

WHAT WE’RE READING: Just finished up Nilofer Merchant’s 'Power of Onlyness' and we’re feeling energized to make our own dent on the world.
WHAT WE’RE LISTENING TO: Gretchen Rubin explaining the Four Tendencies (how to start and stick with anything) on Good Life Project.
WHAT WE’RE PLAYING WITH: How to start a podcast (seriously….)
WHAT WE’RE CURIOUS ABOUT: What might a musician’s creative process teach us about wayfinding in life?
THIS WEEK’S MANTRA: “You’re in charge of being kind to yourself.”

How might you be kind to yourself this weekend? Perhaps you try out our new activity, Twenty Things That Bring Me Joy, and then pick one to give to yourself this weekend. No need for permission or justification; just pick one and do it. On deck for us this week? Restorative yoga.

Inhale, exhale...
