THIS WEEK’S MANTRA: What is it ONLY you have to offer that serves the world?

This week I’m tackling the Mother of all topics: purpose, mission and impact. No, I haven’t ‘solved’ it in one blog post. But this week’s mantra – sent in the form of an interesting provocation from a new pen pal – got me thinking all sorts of big thoughts, which of course I wanted to pass along to you.

Funny enough, without even planning on it, a lot of the links I found this week also have to do with clarifying our vision, focusing on what matters, and mixing up our mindsets. Maybe these topics are top of mind for others, too. Or maybe it’s just time for a little Spring cleaning. Either way – how are you defining the impact you want to have at work and in your life? And how are you showing up in the world to align with that vision?

With purpose,
