WHAT WE’RE CURIOUS ABOUT: How much success do I need to love myself?
WHAT WE’RE TRYING: Practicing radical honesty.
THIS WEEK’S MANTRA: Your time. Your choice.

This week’s post ushers in a special time of year for me: my birthday. With just a few more weeks until I move into a new year, I’ve got lots of questions on my mind:

What are the best parts of my life that I want to be sure to carry forward into this next year?
What are the experiences, beliefs, things, and even people I want to leave behind?
With so much to do and so little time, how can I start making choices that align with how I want to spend the time that I have?

The best news is that it doesn’t need to be your birthday month to ask yourself these questions. Remember: this is your time, this is your life. How are your choices aligned with the way you want to spend your time?

Onward,
